Privacy policy

A Day Done Well keeps what it needs and nothing more. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can reach us if you'd rather we didn't.

What we collect

When you sign in via Clerk (Google, Apple, or email) we store your Clerk user ID, display name, and avatar URL so your itineraries and votes have somewhere to live. Your email is handled by Clerk and is not displayed on the site.

Cookies

We use session cookies from Clerk for authentication and Vercel's standard analytics cookies for aggregate performance data. No advertising cookies.

Third parties

Itinerary generation uses Anthropic Claude for writing and Google Places and Tavily for grounding. These providers only see the city and theme inputs you submit, never your personal data.
